When I try to download the Outlooksync, it will not complete installation saying that the file cannot be found and is most likely due to an interrupted download. Tried multiple times...

Hi. Can you please fix the problem you are having with trying to login to mail2world email accounts. When I try to login to my email it gives me an "Unknown user login error. Please contact support" error. It happened last week and you guys sent me an email with a link to reset my password. I changed my password to the same one and it worked. It let me login then. Then 4 days later the same happened but this time I have changed my password many times and mail2world tells me every time automatically that I changed my password successfully but still doesn't let me in. What's going on?
